Graduation parties all go wrong in the same ways: the venue that is not really private, the open bar that was not really open, the DJ who arrives at 11 pm and a committee collecting money from 120 classmates by bank transfer. We run it as an event: two or three venues with a price per person (a hotel ballroom for the gala dinner, a private hall for the party, a terrace for a cocktail with the families, a catamaran if you want it to be remembered), the menu, open bar, DJ, photo wall and diploma ceremony agreed in writing, and payment per person through a link, so the committee never advances money. We plan graduation parties for universities and master’s programmes, international schools and business schools in Barcelona, for 30–500 people, in English, Spanish and Catalan.

Graduation venues are chosen for three things: they close exclusively for the class, they have a kitchen or catering for a gala dinner, and they allow an open bar and a DJ until late. These are the types of venues we use in Barcelona, with 2026 rates, and we propose the ones that fit the headcount and the committee’s budget.
Four-star hotels on the Diagonal, at the Fòrum and near the university campus with a ballroom for the gala dinner, a stage for the ceremony and an open bar afterwards; menus from €55 per person.

There are plenty of graduation venues in Barcelona and half of them do not work: they are not really private, they cannot feed 200 or they charge the open bar per drink. We know the hotel ballrooms that handle a gala dinner for 300, the Poblenou halls that close for the class, the clubs that give VIP areas to big groups and the catamarans for a graduation with a difference. We give a fixed price per person from the first proposal, collect payments through a link so the committee advances nothing, and on the night one of us is at the venue until closing. We work in English, Spanish and Catalan with universities, master’s programmes, international schools and business schools in Barcelona.

Our system: a half-hour meeting, two or three venues with a price per person within 24 hours, a vote in the class group, and from there we take over. The quote is signed per person (for example €55 dinner with wine + €25 open bar + €8 DJ and photo wall = €88), every classmate pays through a link and the committee sees in real time who has paid. With a guaranteed minimum we close the venue exclusively; if numbers fall short, we adjust the format before the deadline.
For international schools and master’s programmes taught in English, the coordination is in English with the same person; for Catalan universities we also work in Catalan and Spanish. Families flying in for the ceremony get hotel and transfer suggestions from us too.
