We handle it all remotely: we choose the spot, prepare the decor, hide the photographer and coordinate the timing so the moment turns out exactly as you imagine, with complete discretion.
And we look after every detail of the surprise: a believable excuse to get to the spot, the cue for the photographer, the champagne ready for the toast and, if you like, family and friends waiting to celebrate right after. All you have to do is get down on one knee; we take care of the rest.
Plan my surprise proposal →A proposal setup is the physical part of the evening — everything that has to be standing and lit before she walks in. Ours usually takes two to three hours to build and about twenty minutes to strike: a lantern or candle path, a flower arrangement or arch, letters or a marquee sign, a rug or low table if the spot allows it, and a discreet speaker. On a terrace or indoors we can use real candles; on a beach or in a park we switch to wind-proof LED, because the first gust ruins an open flame and the whole picture with it.
Where the proposal setup goes matters as much as what is in it. Public beaches and most Barcelona parks need a permit for anything standing on the ground, and we file it in your name — that is why we ask for the date early. Rooftops and private terraces have no permit problem but come with wind and a strict noise cut-off. On a boat the setup has to be fixed down and lightweight, so it is built at the berth before you board.
Every setup is photographed empty before you arrive, so you see exactly what she will see, and we hold a covered plan B for rain that can be triggered up to four hours before. The photographer is placed during the build, not after, which is why the first frame is always the real reaction and not a re-enactment.
