KNX or Loxone-ready cable runs to every wall switch position. Even if you skip smart-home now, the wiring is there for upgrade. Adds 5–8% to the rewire cost.

Roof or balcony PV cable run to the panel during rewire. EV charging point on a dedicated circuit. Both legal under the new boletín; no separate filing needed.

Three-phase for villas
Villas with heat pump, pool pump, EV charger and induction kitchen often need three-phase. We coordinate with the distributor (Endesa) for the upgrade and run the new feed.

Half a day on site. Measure each room, plan circuit map: kitchen, bathroom, AC zones, smart-home, EV. Cable sizes calculated against real load + 20% spare.
Fixed-price quote
Within 5 working days. Materials, labour, REBT filing fees, three-phase coordination if needed. Line by line. Approve before work proceeds.
Chase + cable run
Walls chased before any other trade closes them. Cable run to each point with proper labelling. Pulled in protective conduit on key runs. Continuity tested before plaster.
Panel + commissioning + boletín
New panel installed, every circuit tested, RCDs verified, smart-home cable terminated. Boletín filed with industry. You get the certificate, labelled panel diagram and warranty pack.

Yes. Common for villas with heat pump, pool pump, induction kitchen and EV charging. We coordinate with the distributor (Endesa or local provider), run the new feed, install the three-phase panel and file the boletín. Adds 2–4 weeks to the timeline.
Adds 5–8% to the rewire cost. The cable runs to every switch position whether or not you activate KNX/Loxone now. Activating later means just installing the bus and switches; no walls re-opened. We recommend it during full reforms.
Boletín eléctrico covers the entire installation under your name. Required by law for new installs and major modifications. Notary asks for it at sale. Insurance asks for it after a fault. Voids manufacturer warranty if missing. We sign at commissioning.
24 months written workmanship from us. REBT compliance certificate covers sale and insurance. Manufacturer warranty: 5 years on panels, breakers, RCDs; longer on KNX bus equipment.
