REBT boletín — what does it cover?

The boletín certifies the entire installation under your name with the Catalan industry registry. Required by law for any new install. The notary asks at sale. Insurance asks after a fault. We sign at commissioning and file the same week.

Survey + load calc

Free site visit. We measure the existing supply, list the appliances, work out the load and decide single-phase vs three-phase. Same-week slots, written report within 48 hours.

System design

Panel layout, circuit map, cable sizing, RCD selectivity. You get the drawing and the fixed-price quote together. Approve before we order materials.

Rough-in + finish

Cable runs, panel build, sockets, switches, lighting points. Two stages: first fix while walls are open, second fix after plaster. Coordinated with the rest of the reform if there is one.

Commission + boletín

Insulation test, RCD trip test, continuity check. Boletín filed with industry and handed to you with the panel photos and labelled diagram. The certificate is on your name.
