Heating systems fail when oversized, undersized or unbalanced. We calculate the thermal load room by room (window U-values, wall composition, floor type, exposure), pick equipment to match, then balance the hydraulics at commissioning. RITE certificate goes in the handover pack.

Spanish RITE code (Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas en Edificios) requires certification on every install. Dani signs at commissioning — what you need for sale, insurance and any future inspection.

Standard heating install · gas boiler + radiators
Gas combi boiler with radiator distribution. Right for retrofit in flats with existing gas line, smaller villas with budget constraints. Hot water (ACS) included from the same boiler. Cheapest path to a working heating system.

Site visit + load calc
Half a day on site. Measure rooms, check window U-values, walls, floors, exposure. Run the thermal load calculation per room. Output: heating capacity needed and equipment shortlist.
Fixed-price quote
Within 5 working days. Equipment, pipework, distribution, smart thermostats, RITE filing fees, line by line. You approve before any work proceeds.
Install + balancing
3–12 days on site depending on scope. Pipework first, equipment second, pressure-tested before walls or floors close. Hydraulic balancing at commissioning to make sure every room hits design temp.
RITE certificate + handover
Certificate signed at commissioning. You get the manual, warranty registrations, balancing report, smart-thermostat setup. We answer questions for the first heating season.
Common heating questions
What clients ask on the first call.
Depends on three things: existing gas line, floor build-up tolerance, energy-bill horizon. Heat pump beats gas long-term on bills (3–5× efficient) and adds cooling. Gas wins on upfront cost when the line is already there. We model both at the load calc.
Yes if the floor can rise 4–6 cm (which it usually cannot in tight Eixample flats with existing parquet). For most retrofits we use thin radiators or low-profile UFH (1.5 cm rise). New builds and full-reforms get full UFH.
Standard gas + radiators: 3–6 days. Heat pump + UFH: 5–12 days. Larger villas with multi-zone: up to 3 weeks. Permit (when needed for outdoor unit) adds 2–4 weeks; we file alongside install planning.
Yes for any heating system over 5 kW (which covers virtually every install). Without it, the install is not legal, won't pass inspection at sale, and voids manufacturer warranty. We sign at commissioning.
24 months written workmanship from us. Manufacturer warranty: 5 years on heat pumps and boilers (extended to 10 with annual service contract), 5 years on radiators, 50 years on multi-layer underfloor pipe.
