Pre-war Eixample drain stacks
Cast-iron drains from 1880–1920 are still in use across central districts. We replace failing sections, reroute through pati de llums when adding bathrooms, dig out kitchen waste lines without breaking the building.

Hydro-tested at handover
Every new install pressure-tested at 6 bar for 24 hours. Pressure log goes in the handover folder. If the test fails, we find the leak and refit before tile or floor closes the chase.
