Drain-stack replacement
Cast-iron stacks from 1880–1920 still in service across central districts. We replace failing sections in PVC or HDPE through the pati de llums riser. Coordinate with the comunidad if shared.

Every install pressure-tested at 6 bar for 24 hours. Pressure log goes in the handover folder. If the test fails, we find the leak and refit before tile or floor closes the chase. No leaks discovered weeks later.

Chase + cable run
Walls and floors chased before any other trade closes them. Copper trunks pulled, PEX runs to fixtures. Drain runs sized correctly. Hydro-test before tile or floor closes the chase.
Commissioning + certificates
System pressurised, hot-water loop balanced, ACS certificate signed. You get the pressure log, warranty pack, manifold diagram.

If the stack is shared (typical pati de llums riser), we coordinate with the comunidad: technical proposal, neighbour notification, scheduled isolation. Adds 2–4 weeks to the timeline. If the stack is purely yours (rare in pre-war Eixample), straightforward.
