Material selection
Tiles, sanitaryware, mixers, lighting. We source for you or prepare a shopping list — Spanish ceramic, Italian porcelain, Catalan brass fittings. Sample boards on the table before any tile order goes in.
Demolition & plumbing
Old fixtures out, supply lines and drainage rerouted, pressure-tested for 30 minutes at 6 bar. Photos of every junction filed with the project.
Waterproofing & tile
Two-coat membrane on the floor and wet walls, levelling screed, tile base, then tile in cement-based adhesive matched to the format. Grout chosen with you on site.
Wet test & handover

Yes. Waterproofing and the install are covered by written warranty terms in your handover folder. Two years on workmanship, ten years on structural per the Spanish LOE.
Yes. Compact bathrooms (3–4 m²) need accurate layout and storage planning, which we handle at the design stage. We have several proven layouts for the standard Eixample 3.5 m² bathroom.
Yes. We organise collection and disposal after each major stage and a final cleanup before handover. Building permit and waste-removal docket included in the estimate.
A standard bathroom (4–7 m²) takes 10–18 working days. Larger bathrooms or those with underfloor heating, niche work, or non-standard tile formats run 3–4 weeks.
Yes — electric underfloor heating mats add €85/m² to the quote. We lay them on the levelling screed before tile adhesive and connect to the thermostat in the same session.
Yes. We assess the condition of existing pipes and recommend whether to reroute or keep. Older Barcelona buildings (1960s–1990s) often need partial rerouting to meet current standards — we document what we find and quote it transparently.
Yes. Send the tile reference, quantity and format and we incorporate it into the plan. We check sizing compatibility, adjust the adhesive specification and confirm grout colour with you on site.
