Kitchen renovation pulls in plumbing, electrics, ventilation, gas connections and joinery that has to fit a millimetre. We coordinate the trades and the handovers so every element lands where it was drawn, and you don't end up chasing anyone.

Cabinets built in our workshop on Passeig de Maragall. Worktops cut and fitted on-site to the actual wall lines, not the drawing.

Hob, oven, hood, dishwasher, fridge installed and commissioned. Wet-test on the plumbing, defect walk, written warranty in your handover folder.

Full kitchen reform
Strip the lot and rebuild from the slab up. New layout, new pipework, new wiring, joinery built for the space, appliances chosen with you. One foreman runs the project and we wet-test the plumbing before anyone signs off. Standard 8–14 m² kitchens run 4 to 6 weeks. Knock a wall through for an island and you're looking at 6 to 8.

How we work · 6 stages
Same order, every kitchen.
Six stages, same order every time. The layout and MEP need to be signed off before any joinery gets ordered. A fitted kitchen is a pain to change once the plumber's packed up.
On-site visit & measure
Free 60-minute walk-through. We measure to the millimetre, document existing MEP, check the duct run and the hood location. Photos for the file before anyone is hired.
Layout & estimate
Within 24 hours: line-by-line PDF with the proposed layout, MEP changes, joinery list and appliance options. Each stage has its own cost line.
Materials & joinery sign-off
Sample boards on the kitchen table — Spanish stone, Catalan oak, brass and stainless steel. Joinery drawings approved before they go to the workshop.
Demo, MEP & first fix
Old kitchen out, plumbing rerouted, electrics pulled, ventilation duct extended or relocated. Pressure test on the plumbing at 6 bar for 30 minutes.
Joinery & worktops
Cabinets delivered from the workshop and fitted to the actual wall lines. Worktop measured on-site, cut and laid. Appliances dropped in once the worktop is sealed.
Commissioning & handover
Hob, oven, hood, dishwasher, fridge connected and tested. Wet-test on the plumbing, defect walk, keys, written 24-month workmanship warranty in the handover folder.
Materials & finishes
Stone and oak that suit how you cook.
Spanish stone, Catalan oak, brass and stainless steel. We pick what suits the space and the way you cook, not the cheapest line in the catalogue. Sample boards go on the kitchen table before we order any joinery.

Things owners ask before signing.
Standard 8–14 m² kitchens run 4 to 6 weeks once materials and joinery are ready. Bigger kitchens, or those with a wall removal for an island, run 6 to 8. The joinery lead time from our workshop is 3 weeks; we order it the day you sign off the design.
If the work is just the kitchen, usually yes. We isolate the work zone, set up a temporary cooking spot if you need one, and time the noisy stages by agreement. For a full reform with structural changes the dust is harder to contain — most owners move out for the demo and MEP weeks.
Yes. We bring sample boards to the kitchen table — stone, wood, hardware, paint — and pair them with budget options. Same goes for appliances; we'll suggest sensible specs for your cooking style rather than the longest catalogue page.
Labour, joinery build, materials we source, MEP first-fix, appliance install and commissioning, debris removal, permits where needed. Materials you source yourself are listed separately with quantities so the price stays clean either way.
Yes. We check the existing duct against the hood's airflow rating, extend or reline it if the run's wrong, and seal the connection at the wall. Recirculating hoods we wire up; ducted hoods we cut to size.
Sometimes. If the carcasses are sound and the layout still works for you, we can refresh fronts, hardware and worktops while keeping the boxes. We'll only suggest it if it actually saves you money — we're not trying to talk you into a half-reform.
Three stages, written into the contract: deposit on start, mid-project payment when MEP and joinery are sat in place, final payment on handover after the defect walk. No deposit asked until you've signed off the scope.
