Surface prep and patch repairs first, then primer on bare areas, then two-coat finish. Ceilings and walls in correct sequence so dust doesn't ruin a fresh coat below it.
Floors, lighting & handover
Floors last — sanding, oiling, or vinyl install. Lighting fittings swapped on existing circuits. Final cleanup, touch-ups, handover note with paint references and material codes.

We don't do structural changes or wet works (plumbing, tiling) under a cosmetic scope — those go under bathroom or kitchen reform.
Yes. A single bedroom, living room or corridor is a routine job. We can also do a full apartment cosmetic in one mobilisation, or just one specific zone if that's all that needs attention.
